Bath-based Truespeed has announced a price freeze across all its broadband packages for the next 12 months, giving customers respite from rapidly rising living costs when it comes to connectivity.

The community-focused full fibre broadband provider that offers speeds of up to 900Mbps, is bucking the industry-wide trend of broadband price hikes that are dramatically adding to spiralling costs of living. With many other providers imposing price rises of over 9%, Truespeed is remaining steadfast in its people-first approach by freezing prices across its entire range of broadband packages.

The price freeze will remain in place for the next 12 months (until 5 May 2023), giving customers peace of mind that their ultrafast broadband will remain stable and secure in both service and price. As households attempt to offset escalating fuel and living costs with continued hybrid working and utilising at-home online entertainment platforms, broadband is more vital than ever. Fast, reliable connectivity is essential, and Truespeed is stepping up to ensure this vital utility remains accessible to residents and businesses across the South West.
