Truespeed appoints Lisa Harrington as Non-Executive Director to accelerate full fibre rollout

Truespeed, the Bath-based full fibre broadband provider, is delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa Harrington as a Non-Executive Director. Lisa joins the Truespeed Board with a wealth of high level telecoms experience as the company accelerates the rollout of ultrafast, ultra-reliable broadband across the South West of the UK.


Lisa is a tech executive and diversity advocate and brings 25 years of experience to the Truespeed Board, growing and transforming business across the Telecoms, Professional Services & Education sectors. Having already held a number of non-executive posts, Lisa brings a fresh and dynamic viewpoint to the board that will provide invaluable insight as the company continues its scaling-up operations.


Lisa’s previous experience includes 10 years at British Telecom (BT) in a range of senior positions including Chief Customer Officer BT Group, Interim MD Of Infrastructure for Hyperoptic, and most recently, Managing Director of the UK’s biggest tech and cyber skills provider QA Ltd.


Alongside her extensive industry experience, Lisa champions mental health in the workplace and is a well-known advocate for diversity in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) having founded the BT Tech Women programme.
