Fast-fibre evangelists, Triangle Networks have announced a new IT customer service feature designed to increase transparency between digital service providers and their end-users.

Developed in partnership with SeeThru Networks, the web-based application is a marketplace for service status information, giving a complete overview of digital providers including internet connectivity and services such as Microsoft Teams, Google Drive and Zoom.

IT managers can personalise a dashboard for their customers to include status indicators for all services they provide, allowing them to address and solve issues in a fraction of the time and giving the customer complete insight on digital services for the first time ever.

Managing director of Triangle Networks, Paul Anslow said:

“We’re offering this service to our customers to help them provide the very best service to their end-users and we’re hoping to lift the veil on digital connectivity, giving end users control of their services for the first time ever.

The app will allow users to know exactly which service is causing an issue through a simple email notification, allowing the problem to be resolved in a fraction of the time.”

The SeeThru web application will be available to all IT managers signing up for CityFibre internet provided by Triangle Networks with an end user app becoming available in the coming weeks.

Triangle Networks has brought CityFibre gigabit fibre broadband to cities across the country, lighting up networks and connecting key areas to enable businesses to be more nimble, responsive and connected on a daily basis.
