Thinc receive prestigious award for Service Excellence

Thinc have been named winners of the 2020 customer satisfaction award for SAP Business One in the UK and Ireland.

The leading IT business solution provider are proud to have been recognized for outstanding service to their customers. This award, presented by global software giant, SAP at their partner session in February, reinforces Thinc’s commitment to excellent customer service.

As a well-established silver SAP partner, Thinc proudly received the award for their on-going commitment to service excellence. Company director, Dominic Ball said:

The SAP Indirect Customer Loyalty survey provides an important and valuable insight into real customer experiences of working with their chosen SAP partner. SAP understands that to deliver on the evolving needs of businesses, partners need to apply a dedicated approach that involves, listening, understanding, applying knowledge and expertise to implement the best possible solution.
