nGeneration Moves to the Next Generation

nGeneration was founded in 2001 by Caroline Cronin-Brunt and the late Bernard Cronin, two former corporate hospitality operators. Starting from a 200 sq ft office in Oldbury Technology Centre, nGeneration has now become synonymous with providing cutting edge and highly effective IT services and solutions to the UK hospitality, retail, and leisure markets. nGeneration is proud to employ a workforce of over 80 highly trained specialists based all over the UK.


From initially providing training and implementation, nGeneration now offers a comprehensive range of services including Systems Deployment, Support & Field Service, Procurement, Asset Management and Resourcing, alongside software solutions, all centrally managed in Dudley. Working in partnership with its customers, nGeneration develop bespoke services and solutions allowing them to focus on their core business.


The next stage of expansion for nGeneration has been for it to move to its new flagship, 20,000 sq ft premises at Vaughan Park, Sedgley Road East, Dudley. The new premises move was assisted by Hawkins Hatton Corporate Lawyers who have been with nGeneration throughout its journey. The new premises at Vaughan Park was opened by Andy Street, Mayor of the West Midlands.


Caroline said
