Vibrant and stylish tech accessories brand juice® has launched a new and exclusive eco-conscious range in partnership with leading international wildlife charity, the Born Free Foundation.

Inspired by critically endangered and legally protected species, the juice® ‘Animals' collection consists of two unique designs – the Giant Panda and Sumatran Tiger – across a number of product lines including charging cables, speakers and headphones.

Playful, animated and colourful, juice® Animals is the latest range to be added to the Banbury based manufacturer's existing product portfolio of electronic accessories – from power banks to Bluetooth speakers to mains and wireless chargers.

As part of juice®'s ongoing sustainability message and mantra of "just doing the right thing", 20% of all profits from the Animals range will be donated to Born Free to help support their vital work to end the exploitation and suffering of individual animals living both in captivity and in the wild.

Founded in 1984, Born Free has dedicated 40 years to wild animal welfare and the protection of threatened and endangered species around the world. Through its tireless work across conservation, rescue and care, policy and education, the charity seeks to enhance the survival of threatened species in the wild and safeguard their natural habitats, while respecting the welfare of individual animals. Born Free opposes the exploitation of wild animals in captivity and campaigns for a future where animals and people can coexist, for the benefit of all life on earth.

Jolyon Bennett, founder and CEO of juice® said:

"We are super excited to announce the launch of juice® Animals because it's the first of its kind for us as a business in many ways – it's the only range we've designed and created specifically for the younger demographic, and it's the first time we've partnered with a charity of this kind, and for such a worthwhile cause.

"We have always been a sustainable business, and for the last couple of years we've focused specifically on the plastics used within our products. However, we're now looking to extend this focus into other areas, and this was the perfect time to collaborate with a like-minded organisation in trying to make the world a better place.

"It's an honour to be working with the Born Free Foundation and helping support their outstanding work in compassionate conservation – we focused on the Giant Panda and Sumatran Tiger specifically to help create awareness around endangered species and the importance of protecting them for generations to come. We hope that our customers resonate with this and enjoy the range as much as we do!"

Will Travers OBE, Executive President of the Born Free Foundation added:

"Jolyon Bennett and juice® are clearly on a mission! I am not only thrilled that they have chosen Born Free's pride as a charity partner, but that their ‘Animals' range is designed with young, animal-friendly, eco-conscious consumers in mind. It will take our combined efforts to save the world's threatened species and the natural habitats they (and we) rely on. By working together, juice®, Born Free, and our many loyal customers and supporters can help turn the tide, one animal, one species, one ecosystem at a time."

Since it was established in 2010, juice® has evolved into an industry-leading mobile phone accessories brand, with its products stocked across a number of retailers including Tesco, Amazon, Argos and Sainsbury's.

Last spring, juice® became the first mobile phone accessories manufacturer in the UK to remove all single-use plastic from its products as a result of its ‘juice® Made Mindfully' campaign, designed to help reduce the amount of virgin plastic in the world whilst utilising recycled post-consumer waste.

The juice® Animals range will be available to purchase from its own eCommerce site and Tesco from 4th April 2024, with prices starting from £14.99.
