Liverpool-based innovator of cutting-edge biometric and data automation technology, Human Recognition Systems (HRS), has appointed specialist science and tech communications agency, The Scott Partnership, to build its profile in key b2b markets.

Established in 2001, HRS has experienced significant growth and demand for its biometrics solutions, with a global client base that continues to expand. The company develops a series of industrial software and hardware systems, enabled through biometric technology, that help construction companies, airports and other “critical safe secure” environments operate effectively. It has achieved a host of world firsts, including including being the UK's first multi-biometric technology company.

“We live and breathe innovation and we wanted to work with a partner that shared our passion for technology and offered out of the box thinking that would help us in achieving our national and international growth goals. The team at The Scott Partnership listened to us and understood us faster and more deeply than any other agency we met with. Their insight into effectively communicating with technical and b2b audiences globally gave us such confidence and their work has already impressed us in its quality. We wanted a partner who would understand our markets, challenge us and share our visions and we are really pleased to have found that,” commented Angela Speakman, Head of Marketing, Human Recognition Systems.

Cheshire-based independent communications consultancy, The Scott Partnership, provides its clients with more than 20 years of experience in delivering intelligent content to scientific and technical audiences. The Scott Partnership Group includes Kapler Communications and Phoenix Marcomms and has offices in the US and China. The agency was nominated in this year’s PRCA DARE awards for large consultancy of the year.

“This is the latest in a slew of new business wins for us and we are particularly excited to be working with a North West-based innovator in such an exciting field. Many of our clients are involved in smart technologies, from smart laboratory equipment to smart data lakes, and the transformation of big data. This really is the future and we are thrilled to be part of a technology revolution that has already spawned so many innovators and will continue to do so. We are excited to assist HRS in continuing to go global and to be joining them at this exciting time,” added Louise Reid, Managing Director, The Scott Partnership Group.
