5th November was a double celebration for one UK technology consulting company this year.

Whilst the fireworks were being set off, HIT Technology, based in Blaby, Leicestershire, celebrated its 15-year anniversary.

Founded by Paul Hartshorn in 2008, as Mr H.IT Ltd, the business has gone from strength to strength over the past 15 years.

The business was rebranded to HIT Technology in 2022 as part of a strategic growth plan.

Now employing 16 people across the UK, HIT Technology boasts some household names amongst its customer base such as Charlie Bighams, Caterham Cars and Millbrook Beds.

Providing ERP consultancy and support for SME manufacturing and distribution companies, HIT Technology specialises in SYSPRO, the ERP solution that has been a global player for 45 years.

Paul Hartshorn remains a key part of the business as one of the senior consultants but the company is now led by Managing Director, Andrew Longland, who joined in 2022 to envision and facilitate the growth plans.

HIT Technology is a Premium Solutions Partner with SYSPRO and consists of a multi-disciplined team of functional consultants, technical consultants, support analysts and project and service delivery managers, many of whom have come from industry backgrounds themselves meaning they bring business process skills and experience to the table, not just the software knowledge.

Paul and Andrew celebrated the 15-year anniversary with some fireworks of their own and a champagne toast to the team members that have helped them achieve this success.

Commenting on the occasion, Paul said:

“I am thrilled that HIT Technology, the company I started all those years ago, has reached a significant milestone – 15 years of relentless dedication and groundbreaking achievements. This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, and I am incredibly proud of how far the company has come.

This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the amazing individuals who have been a part of the journey. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each one of them for their dedication, hard work and belief in my vision.

I also want to express my sincere thanks to our current team members and partners who continue to contribute to our success. Andrew and the team are taking the business to new levels. Together, they have created a vibrant and dynamic community at HIT Technology, and I am excited about the promising future that lies ahead.

As I celebrate this remarkable milestone, I am energised by the opportunities that await us. The future of HIT Technology is incredibly exciting, and I can see that everyone is committed to pushing the boundaries of service, creativity and excellence.

Andrew went on to add:
