Complete Voice and Data Solutions Finalise First Round of High-Level Recruitment

As they celebrate their first year, prominent local entrepreneur and Managing Director of Complete Voice and Data Solutions, Mike Ridgway, has revealed that the recruitment has concluded for the senior team at the Staffordshire-based voice, data and connectivity provider.

Businessman Mike Ridgway is well-known for his successful commercial history within the communications sector. In January 2020 he established Complete Voice and Data Solutions, to offer bespoke unified communications strategies and services for businesses of all types and sizes across the UK.

One year on and with its specialised approach and knowledgeable senior management team, Complete Voice and Data Solutions has quickly become recognised in the market, providing tailored connectivity options across business mobile, cloud and all type of unified communications platforms.

Mike said:

“I was keen to bring on board the industry’s most well-respected and qualified comms professionals, so recruitment has been a careful and ongoing process. I’m incredibly pleased to say that we’ve now completed our first cohort within our initial year of opening and have established, in my opinion, the most qualified and skilled team of communications experts in the UK business communications sector.”


Joining Mike in the senior management team is Ben Gregg, Sales Director with over 20-years’ IT experience; Paul Spence, Operations Director with over 30-years’ business IT knowledge; and Julie Ridgway, Finance Director, who has been a key figure at management and board level in business comms since 2006. Other significant hires include David Robinson, Head of Unified Communications and Cloud; Lauren Fallows, Head of Service; and Amy McCulloch, Head of Mobile.

Having reached a reputation as one of the leading voice and data providers in Staffordshire within its first year of opening, Complete Voice and Data Solutions are still on the lookout for the right recruits to support their growing client base.

Mike explained:
