..following the announcement they have been acquired by Exponential-e Ltd


Local firm and employer, Vysiion, is predicting rapid growth over the next five years – with the intention of creating 250 new jobs within their installation, projects, and technical service teams.


Plans for investment and expansion were an intrinsic part of the announcement made on Monday 2nd March, that Vysiion had been acquired by London-based Exponential-e.


Vysiion delivers technology solutions that include network infrastructure, enterprise IT solutions, installation, and 24/7 support services, for mission critical applications within the utility, defence, blue light, and public sectors.


Company chairman Bruce Brain, and CEO Peter Clapton, in acknowledging the achievements and dedication of staff, are excited to have found a buyer who shares the same values, ambitions, and commitment to its staff.


Exponential-e CEO, Lee Wade, confirmed his intention to continue to invest in the business, supporting the company with its growth strategy, and its commitment to providing exciting and rewarding employment for those wishing to work in a technology environment.


The Vysiion team work across sectors, supporting projects within the renewable energy sector, telecoms, transport, central and local government, and emergency services.


Whilst Exponential-e will benefit from Vysiion’s industry expertise, extensive security accreditations, and existing customer relationships. Exponential-e’s extensive services portfolio will underpin Vysiion’s delivery of complex deployments across, network services, security, cloud, voice, and ongoing managed services.


The synergy between the respective companies from products and services to culture and values make this an exciting acquisition with a huge potential for growth. Vysiion, whose headquarters are based out of Chippenham’s Langley Park, has doubled revenues and profit since it was formed in 2015, and now employs over 150 staff across three sites. With Exponential-e’s backing, Vysiion will continue to invest in the Wiltshire area and has aspirations of growing to a £100m business with over 400 staff in the next five years.
