Energy and Compliance Technology Ltd (ECT Ltd) is pleased to announce that its award-winning compliance management system C365Cloud has been appointed to the new NHS SBS Hard Facilities Management framework (Ref No: SBS/MN/PZJ/8874).

Within this framework, C365Cloud has been awarded ‘Lot 2 (CAFM) Computer Assisted Facilities Management by Information Technology’ for all regions until August 2021.

Launched in August 2017, the new framework provides free access for public sector organisations to a range of Hard Facilities Management services without the need for a formal tendering process. This saves hospitals, GP practices, schools and local authorities, as well as any other public-sector organisations, valuable time and money in the procurement process, with NHS SBS estimating savings of 5-10% for framework users: a potential saving of over £5 million for the public sector.

Maximising efficiency and cutting the cost of compliance management, C365Cloud helps organisations audit, manage and improve their compliance with health & safety, PPM and statutory obligations. Real-time bespoke dashboards, evidence based reporting and automatic alerts allow users to manage by exception, while the risk of non-compliance is minimised due to the complete visibility presented to compliance managers.

Instead of the time-consuming process of manually entering actions from surveys and assessment reports, a unique PDF extractor automatically extracts actions and categorises them by high, medium or low risk. These are then escalated to the relevant estate management staff, delivering an efficient process with no actions missed.

Cost-effective and scalable for all organisations, C365Cloud’s public and private sector partnerships include healthcare, local authorities, housing and education. Working with a number of NHS Trusts across the country, it ensures compliance with the rigorous requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Highlighting this, C365Cloud is the winner of the Building Better Healthcare 2014 award for Best Evidence-Based Compliance with Estates and Facilities-Related CQC Standards, in partnership with East Cheshire NHS Trust.

C365Cloud currently helps manage compliance at more than 400,000 properties, with more than 16,000 individual users and 3,500 suppliers for over 100 compliance areas.
