Award-winning Birmingham IT Business Invites New Talent to Join Their 2021 Apprenticeship Cohort

Birmingham software solutions provider, Crimson, is once again ready to give school leavers, graduates, and career changers the opportunity to embark on an exciting career in IT consultancy. The fast-moving business is calling on Midlands talent to join its apprenticeship programme and start working on the latest cutting-edge technology.

Crimson will take on additional IT apprentices this autumn to join its family of IT professionals. They will gain expertise across a range of technologies and on completing the programme will be fast-tracked through the business, to earn a minimum salary of £35,000.

Crimson has been running an award-winning apprenticeship programme for the last three years and, due to growing demand for its services, is ready to start recruiting for its 2021 cohort. It is now seeking proactive individuals who want to make a difference and add value to clients and interested to use technology to solve business problems.

The opportunity is open to people from a range of backgrounds, be it school leavers, recent graduates, those looking to return to work or change career. Crimson is looking for people who are interested to use technology to solve business problems and have opportunities to learn the skills to be Software Testers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts and Software Developers.

Salary

£18,000 for A level students

£22,000 for graduates/career changers

The salary for all apprentices will then increase on successful completion of the Level 4 Apprenticeship (approx. 15 months in) with subsequent annual salary reviews in line with the company policy.

With a starting salary of £18,00 for school leavers and £22,000 for graduate apprentices, they will work alongside experienced consultants on client projects to gain detailed product knowledge, before moving into their own specialist field. The Crimson Academy apprenticeship programme is focused on building successful, rounded, and happy IT professionals. After winning the SME Employer of the Year category at the West Midlands National Apprenticeship Awards 2020, Crimson went onto achieve Highly Commended at the 2020 National Apprenticeship Awards. Crimson Academy’s success continued at the BirminghamLive Apprenticeship Awards where we won Medium Employer of the Year.

The next programme is due to start in early September 2021.
