UBC Flexible Offices is pleased to announce that Harun Biswas, Founder and CEO of UltraSoft Technologies, has joined as a shareholder and member of the board of directors, marking a new era of technological leadership for the company.
Biswas, renowned for his pioneering work in software solutions tailored to the flexible workspace sector, brings over 25 years of expertise that will strengthen UBC's strategic direction and commitment to innovation.
Biswas' experience in the sector is extensive. He began his career in flexible workspaces as the Global IT System Architect for Regus, where he identified a gap in software systems specifically designed for business centres. This led him to establish UltraSoft Technologies in 1998, and under his leadership, UltraSoft introduced UltraSoftBIS, a transformative platform now widely adopted by flexible workspace providers including UBC across the UK and beyond. UBC has worked closely with Harun for many years as an Ultrasoft customer. The platform is known for its cloud-based and hybrid management solutions that drive efficiency and enhance client experience.
"Harun's vision and understanding of the needs within the flexible workspace industry will be a powerful asset to our board as we continue to evolve our offerings and adapt to an increasingly digital marketplace,"
said Richard Johnson, Managing Director of UBC Flexible Offices.
"We are excited to welcome him as a shareholder and board member and look forward to benefiting from his strategic guidance and industry expertise."
UBC Flexible Offices has always aimed to provide modern, flexible workspace solutions that meet the dynamic needs of businesses. With Biswas joining the board and bringing his extensive technology and industry experience, UBC is well-positioned to enhance its operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Harun Biswas added:
"UBC’s reputation for delivering quality flexible workspaces aligns with my passion for enabling businesses through technology. I am excited to contribute to its vision and help drive the next chapter of its growth."
This strategic investment strengthens UBC's board with proven leadership in workspace technology innovation, positioning the company to continue its growth and adapt swiftly to new market trends.
