The sales team at leading housebuilder David Wilson Homes Mercia has experienced success with two of its employees being promoted recently.

Philippa Stewart (31) has moved up from Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager, whilst Georgina Hall (25) has been promoted from Sales Adviser to Field Sales Manager.

Philippa originally joined the Solihull based company as a Sales Adviser in 2011 before starting on the graduate scheme, she returned as Sales Manager in 2014. She has been promoted to her new role of Senior Sales Manager to reward her experience in the industry and the success of the sales on her developments across Warwickshire and Oxfordshire.

She said,

“It’s great to have received a promotion to Senior Sales Manager and I’m looking forward to the new challenges the role will bring."

As part of her role as Senior Sales Manager Philippa oversees developments across Warwickshire and Oxfordshire.

“The graduate scheme provided me with a great foundation which I have built on as I have progressed throughout the company. The role is always exciting as no two days are ever the same.”

Georgina has been working for David Wilson Homes Mercia since 2013 after starting as a Trainee Sales Adviser, she too has worked her way up the ranks progressing to Sales Adviser, Senior Sales Adviser and now Field Sales Manager.

Georgina said,

“The company has always supported me, my progression and training and it is great to have hard work recognised with a promotion. I’m looking forward to leading my team and seeing them grow and develop.”
