Ruffley Is New Regional Director For Jones Homes In Yorkshire

Award winning housebuilder Jones Homes has appointed David Ruffley as the new Regional Director for its Yorkshire office.


With extensive experience in the industry, David is well qualified for his new role. Over the last 30 years, he has held a number of senior positions in land, planning, operations and management.


As Regional Director, David will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Jones Homes office in Yorkshire and the strategic development of the regional business to ensure that it meets its growth and expansion objectives. Working with the team of directors at the regional office in Cleckheaton, he will oversee all aspects of the business from land acquisition and planning to the build programme, sales and customer care.

David holds a degree in Strategic Environmental Planning Studies and a diploma in Environmental Planning, both from Liverpool John Moores University. He is also a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, motorcycling, cycling, walking and coastal activities.
