One Heritage have announced a public consultation on their plans to bring forward a landmark 55 storey residential tower in Greengate which will include one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as commercial space.

One Heritage Tower will not only regenerate the existing site and deliver much needed housing but has been designed to complement Salford City Council’s wider plans for Greengate. The plans would also bring a large number of direct construction jobs during the development phase and further jobs when the scheme is finished.

Local residents will have the opportunity to view and comment on the plans and find out more information at an event held on Tuesday 10 September at Arlington House (M3 6AJ) between 4pm and 8pm. The consultation will also give them a chance to speak to members of the project team who will be on hand to answer any questions they may have.
