National property maintenance, refurbishment, and new build contractor Novus Property Solutions has secured a place on the Homes and Communities Agency Delivery Partner Panel 3 Framework.

Testament to Novus’s Work Quality

Stoke-based Novus, which has 30 offices nationwide, is one of nine companies appointed, with the organisation’s Build Team being selected in two lots on the Framework: the Midlands and North West.

It is testament to the quality of Novus’ work that the company was ranked above several leading housing developers.

Speeding up Housing

The Delivery Partner Panel is used by the Homes and Communities Agency and by a wide range of other public sector bodies to speed up the procurement of homes.

The Panel has been in operation for 6 years and has enabled procurement of 45,000 homes on 250 sites.

Framework worth billions

The new four-year framework is worth £2.6 billion in the Midlands and £1.1 billion in the North West and will be used to procure housing-led development, including all activities necessary to construct housing and associated infrastructure, marketing and sales activity.

Novus Property Solutions’ director, Alan Nixon, said:

“We’re very proud to have been appointed to two lots on the Homes and Communities Agency Delivery Partner Panel 3 Framework.

As ever, places on the delivery framework are highly coveted, and it is proof of the quality of work we deliver that we have been selected.

Our teams in the North West and Midlands are poised to begin bidding for individual projects under the Framework and we look forward to working with the Homes and Communities Agency over the next four years.”
