Joint developers Key Land Capital and Urban Village Capital are delighted to announce that work has commenced on delivering a state-of-the-art business hub at Trinity Point, Halesowen.

The two companies have jointly invested £1.2m on an extensive refurbishment to provide approximately 30,000 sq ft of office space and includes new roofing, a replacement lift, upgraded facilities and welcoming communal areas.

The works bringing this landmark building into the 21st Century will provide discerning clients with an ideal setting in which to carry on their business, from a convenient location. The accommodation will comprise approximately 20,000 sq ft of self-contained office suites for rent, and the remaining 10,000 sqft has been leased by flexible office space provider Citibase, to create a flexible office hub providing space for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and start-ups, seeking flexible accommodation..

Kevin Sharkey, chief executive officer at Key Land Capital, said:

“It’s exciting to see work start on transforming Trinity Point with a comprehensive programme of refurbishment. The existing office space is being stripped out and brought up to modern standards with new mechanical and electrical systems, LED lighting, complete redecoration, new carpets and upgraded toilets. The new office suites will provide first class business accommodation.

“The arrival of Citibase is a major boost to small businesses and start-ups across the region, who will have access to a very high-quality flexible office hub without the need to travel into Birmingham city centre.”

He added:

“The fantastic new facilities at Trinity Point will help businesses grow, collaborate, and create jobs for people in the area as companies recover from the effects of the lockdown and adapt to the new working environment.”

"We are very pleased to be recommending Trinity Point to our customers in the West Midlands, the service provided by Citibase is second to none, and in these tough economic times the flexible office space packages on offer are really helping companies get back to business",
