Senior consultant Rebecca Cumming has joined national property and real estate consultancy Naismiths to bolster its team in the South West.

Rebecca, who has 20 years’ experience in the property industry, will work with the project monitoring team based in Bristol.

She said: “Naismiths is a rapidly growing consultancy which I am delighted to be a part of. I can’t wait to quickly find my feet here and draw on my experience to become a valued team member.”

Her career in property began with Caerphilly County Borough Council, where she spent six years as a project manager before moving to New Zealand to work with Arrow International for seven years. She joins Naismiths after working for Frequency Projects as a senior project manager.

Rebecca’s is the seventh appointment Naismiths has made during the last two months, having hired new surveyors, project managers and associate directors across its offices in Bristol, Birmingham and London signifying the firm’s continued growth throughout the country.
