The Savills Manchester development and new homes teams welcomed almost 100 guests to a drinks reception in the city recently.

House builders, developers and lawyers were amongst guests from the property industry who were hosted by the team at the city’s King Street Town House where they were invited to enjoy drinks and canapés on the sixth floor terrace, enjoying views across the city’s skyline.

The drinks party was the first to be held by the development and new homes team with the aim of building relationships with clients whilst celebrating the arrival of the northern new homes team which was formed in October last year.

Jamie Adam, head of new homes in the north of England comments: “Our inaugural drinks party provided us with the opportunity to reflect on the first half of the year, catch up with clients old and new, and thank them for their continued support, but it was also a perfect occasion to showcase our recently expanded team.”
