Manchester Developer Appoints Architect to Draw Up Plans for Future

Manchester-based developer Sladen Estates has appointed a new architect to strengthen its design team following the acquisition of various development sites across the UK.


Steve Melhuish brings along two decades’ experience of working within the private and public sector as chief architect for a local authority and a variety of commercial practices.


He will join the firm as design architect and will bolster Sladen’s existing in-house design offering.


Commenting on his new role, Steve said:

Having worked on many high-profile builds throughout my career, I am now looking forward to playing my part in Sladen’s development programme.”
