Global property consultancy Knight Frank has made a double hire in its Cirencester office, with the intention of growing and developing its residential and agricultural valuations offering in the region.

Clare Winnett and Graham James have been appointed Partners at Knight Frank, having both previously held high-level positions at other property firms in the Bath/Bristol area.

Joining the Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory team and bringing with her over 19 years of experience, Clare Winnet will take the lead on developing and growing the residential valuations business in the South West region. Based in Cirencester, she will primarily focus on undertaking residential capital and rental valuations for a wide and diverse client base.

Joining Clare in the Valuation & Advisory team is Graham James. His 30 years’ experience specialising in the valuation of commercial, rural, equestrian property and country houses will be key in his new role, where he’ll undertake capital and rental valuations across a complex set of mixed-use rural assets in the South West.

James Thompson, Head of Consultancy at Knight Frank said:

“It is my pleasure to welcome both Clare and James to the Knight Frank partnership. They are both highly experienced surveyors, and each hold an impressive track record. Knight Frank continues to strive to be a partner to our clients throughout their property’s lifecycle. Clare and Graham have exceptional skill sets, which will bolster our existing offering in the South West, and help to ensure clients receive the very highest level of service to meet all their property needs.”
