International independent real estate consultancy Hollis is celebrating its first year of successful business in Exeter.

Over the past 12 months, the firm has seen the team double in size and the range of clients the team services has also grown to include The Crown Estate, British Land and a number of local private property owners and investors.

The team has in-house specialists in dilapidations, project services, tenant alterations, pre-lease surveys, reinstatement cost assessments and planned preventative maintenance reporting. The firm has maintained a committed presence in the South West of England and the celebration of the first year of business in Exeter reinforces the quality and diversity of work provided to clients over that time.

Anthony Fallon, head of the Exeter office, says:

“Exeter is an area of increasing economic strength and has seen significant investment over the past year. This is seen in the number of large scale projects that are underway at present including the construction of the Passivhaus leisure centre in the heart of Exeter, St Sidwell’s Point, together with Sandy Park Hotel next to Exeter Rugby Club. We are delighted to work within this exciting and growing marketplace and hope to be part of it for many years to come.”
