Gerald Eve has recruited Jon Ryan-Gill as head of its Birmingham office and to lead the firm’s Midlands industrial team.

Jon arrives from Knight Frank as one of the Birmingham market’s best-known faces. Specialising in industrial agency, tenant representation and land and development activity, he has worked on many of the region’s most prominent schemes and advised the logistics sector’s leading investors, developers, landlords and occupiers.

Jon’s arrival is a boost to both Gerald Eve’s Birmingham office and its award-winning industrial team, and is part of the firm’s strategy of building on existing capabilities to offer clients an even better level of service and advice.
