Construction at one of Birmingham’s newest residential developments, Arden Gate, has been completed.

Despite the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, local developer, Court Collaboration, is celebrating Practical Completion at the scheme off Broad Street, where homeowners will soon start receiving their keys to the 225 luxury apartments.

Designed by architects Corstorphine + Wright and built by Torsion Group, Arden Gate features a mix of one, two-bed and duplex apartments in the heart of the evolving city centre. The development also includes car parking, electric vehicle charging pods and secure bike sheds.
