National property consultancy, Carter Jonas, acting on behalf of Falfield Securities Ltd, has sold a residential development site at Falfield, near Wotton under Edge in South Gloucestershire, to Elmsley Homes. The four acre site has detailed planning consent for the development of 20 private homes.

The development will sit within the 200 acre grounds of Eastwood Park, a Grade II Listed Victorian country house and popular events venue, and was previously the site of staff accommodation.

Following a competitive tender process, Elmsley Homes, which specialises in the design and delivery of luxury new homes, was selected as the preferred bidder.
