Bellway Homes has appointed a new land director at its South Midlands division in support of its plans to grow the business in the region.
Dan Forrester joins with a wealth of skills and industry insight after working at CALA Homes for eight years, where he was the regional land director for the Midlands Region.
Based at the housebuilder’s divisional office in Coventry, he will be responsible for increasing the amount of land purchases made across the region to help achieve the division’s planned growth.
Bellway is aiming to increase its offering to house-hunters across the South Midlands to meet the demand for new homes throughout the region.
Dan said:
“With many projects already under way and growth plans already outlined, I’m delighted to be joining Bellway South Midlands at what is a very exciting time for the business.
“As we look to acquire more land throughout the area, we’re seeking a variety of sites. From smaller parcels that could accommodate just 50 homes to land that could easily house six or seven hundred homes.
“Our geographical areas of interest include Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. We are looking to find and deliver on sites that are most aligned with our ethos of providing high-quality homes for our customers.
