Vox, an award-winning Build to Rent (BTR) scheme in Manchester managed by leading UK property consultancy Allsop, has reached full occupancy ahead of schedule. Located on Trentham Street in Castlefield, Vox comprises 280 apartments across 15 floors and offers an exemplary living experience for its residents.

Vox was created with a prime focus on wellbeing, which can be seen in its design and the selection of amenities on offer. Communal facilities available include an outdoor terrace, a rooftop running track, as well as a yoga and fitness studio offering Wexer virtual technology fitness classes. Residents at Vox also have access to a fully equipped gym, film room and a spacious lounge area, designed for co-working and social interaction.

Most of the apartments at Vox benefit from private outdoor space in the form of balconies, as well as integrated kitchens. Residents have the choice of both furnished and unfurnished options, while all apartments are equipped with 250 MB broadband and wireless heating control, making each home ready to move in to from day one. Vox is conveniently positioned, offering great transport links to central Manchester and Media City, and parking is available on site.

Allsop has a strong track record of delivering high-quality property management services to clients within the BTR and PRS sectors, looking after two other major BTR assets in Manchester – The Trilogy and Duet – as well The Keel in Liverpool. In November 2021, Allsop Lettings and Management was recognised with four awards, including a Build to Rent (BTR) Talent Award, and three customer voted Homeviews Awards, including the BTR Operator of the Year and BTR Asset of the Year categories, presented as part of the UKAA Annual Conference.

Matt Smith, Director of Asset Management at Allsop, commented:

“We are delighted to see Vox reach full occupancy ahead of our set target of April 2022. To achieve this feat amidst the uncertainty caused by the pandemic is a true testament to the dedication and determination of our team.

“This milestone points to the ever-growing attractiveness of Build to Rent homes across the country, and a profound shift in people’s priorities post-pandemic. Vox is a fantastic example of a property ideally suited to modern living thanks to its strong sense of community, and high-quality sports and social facilities. Residents’ wellbeing is at the core of what we do, and our focus on wellness – whether through the provision of virtual workouts or real-life fitness sessions – has played a key role in helping us uphold our excellent customer retention rates and secure positive reviews.”
