Airivo, flexible office space provider, are delighted to announce the acquisition of Grainger Chambers, on Hood Street in Newcastle.

The 18,000 sq ft building comprises five floors of office space, above the popular Castros bar which occupies the ground and basement floors. Two additional floors have also been let on a 1 and 3 year term.

Airivo intends to comprehensively refurbish the upper 3 floors of the building to provide modern office accommodation, ready to provide a ‘plug n play’ offering.
