  • 103 Colmore Row is Birmingham's tallest new office building. Situated on the eighteenth floor of the building with panoramic views of the city, eighteen offers tenants of 103 Colmore Row a stylish space to work, meet and play.

  • Membership for tenants and their guests includes access to meeting rooms, a lounge, bar, kitchen, an expansive outdoor terrace and rich programme of events.

  • An extensive programme of events is already underway at eighteen. Recently, Ben Francis, Birmingham-born CEO of Gymsark, lead an evening of entrepreneurial conversation in aid of Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust.


x+why the B Corp certified, flexible workspace specialist opened its first ever members' clubspace on the eighteenth floor of 103 Colmore Row in Birmingham, the city's tallest office building. The launch of eighteen coincided with that of x+why's newest workspace on the first, second and third floor of the building which saw unprecedented demand.


Available exclusively to 103 Colmore Row tenants and their guests, eighteen is a landmark space in a landmark building. The space includes a private lounge, fully-fledged bar and chef's kitchen, meeting rooms, a boardroom, and a gorgeous 3000 sqft outdoor terrace boasting views across Birmingham. Members of eighteen can enjoy all-day food and drinks menus, breakout space for work and socialising, and regular social events.


The space is available for private hire and has already hosted charitable evenings, birthday parties, weddings and networking events. In the space of a matter of weeks, eighteen hosted Ben Francis the CEO of Gymshark for an entrepreneurial panel discussion in aid of charity, a magnificent 21st birthday party and a stylish brunch meeting for local influencers. With unrivalled views across the city, eighteen offers a unique venue for any special event.


Whilst eighteen breaks convention as x+why's first clubspace, it upholds the same ethos centred on sustainability, community, wellness, collaboration and better business. As a certified B Corporation, x+why has been recognised for going above and beyond when it comes to governance, environment and society. eighteen's supply chain has been rigorously thought-through as exemplified in the food and drinks menu featuring many local, sustainable and ethical providers such as Change Please coffee, Purity Ale, Rourke's pies and Odi and Moo ice cream.
