Manchester headquartered Vista Insurance Brokers Limited is celebrating 10 years in business with a birthday party for all employees.
Over 50 members of staff from across the country will attend an exclusive party to be held at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire for an evening of food, drink, comedy and music to celebrate a decade of business in insurance broking on the 4th July, the official birthday date.
Vista was formed in July 2014 following a management break out from another Manchester based broker and since then has shown no signs of slowing down. From humble beginningsthe business has grown to over £40million gross written premium (GWP).
Thanking its loyal clients and employees who have been at the business since the start CEO, Gavin Ruben said
“It has been an unbelievable 10 years for Vista and the team. The founding directors and I are so very proud of what the business has achieved and the team we have built to support us on our journey. Our long-standing clients have been with us since the beginning, and I thank them for their loyalty and business over this past decade. Our clients and team are the backbone of our business and without them we’d not be here today, celebrating a huge milestone in our growth”.
The business has also recently moved into new Grade A premises at Windmill Green, based in central Manchester. The new office boasts shared spaces, a roof top terrace and community events including happy hours, live football, themed lunch events and free breakfast and drinks for all staff.
Gavin Ruben further commented
“The tenacity and enthusiasm to create an independent business has been key to the growth which has been achieved. The drive to diversify into new areas has also seen Vista stay one step ahead of the industry”.
Vista is now entering the 2nd year of its 3 year strategic plan which will see the business double in size during that period, with a wider 10 year plan to take the GWP to in excess of £125million through new schemes and initiatives including international broker networks.
