Victoria Mentel has joined the TCMS (Midlands) Ltd marketing department. Victoria has attained a broad spectrum of marketing and design experience from working during her university tenure as well as in a marketing agency setting.

Victoria has a degree in Marketing from University of Birmingham. She likes to describe herself as a very creative person and studied Events Management at the University of Birmingham prior to her Master’s degree.

In 2017, Victoria moved to Birmingham from her home country- Poland. She took the opportunity to study abroad and after finishing her studies, she decided to stay and build a career for herself. Victoria has international experience working with people from different backgrounds as well from travelling throughout Europe to gain better understanding and knowledge of marketing. Prior to joining TCMS (Midlands) Ltd, Victoria worked for a marketing agency in Birmingham where she worked with clients from various sectors, giving her insight into the marketing industry.
