Earlier this month, Swindon based Robinson Grace HR Consultancy were celebrating at a prestigious award ceremony in London after being crowned Wiltshire’s Business Champions 2022 at the SME Awards.
Since 2011, Robinson Grace HR Consultancy have been providing HR support to clients across Wiltshire when it matters the most.
Founder and Lead Consultant, Louise Skittrall said
“Managing HR can be stressful and time consuming, especially for smaller businesses, and charities so we take real pride in being able to advise and guide them on everything from recruiting their first employee through to growth strategies and people development.”
Entering the National Town & County Awards back in the New Year, the team at Robinson Grace HR were delighted to learn that they’d made the finals shortlist. Louise explained
“submitting our entry in itself was a great way to reflect on how much the business has grown and to showcase the way we’ve adapted over the years to ensure we provide the best service for our diverse range of clients”.
She went to on to say that
“we were asked to share our clients’ feedback, highlighting the innovative ways we’ve helped support our clients through the Covid-19 pandemic and our own plans for the business going forward.”
The team were invited to the award ceremony In Kensington, London on the 13th May with other finalists from across the country. After a networking lunch, everyone nervously awaited the results and Robinson Grace HR were delighted to be announced as the Wiltshire SME Champions for 2022.
