Local digital agency Clevercherry partners with car manufacturing giant Subaru

Birmingham based creative and digital agency Clevercherry continue to take their relationship with Subaru UK further, working on an array of digital projects including UX website design & build, a multi-tenancy dealership network, CRM integration, a/b and performance testing, visual regression testing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).


Their partnership began in 2020, when Subaru, whose UK headquarters are in the West Midlands, wanted to work with a local marketing agency in Birmingham that resonated with their value of "better where it matters". They needed an agency that could take responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and development of their existing website, finalise current projects, and execute new digital growth plans.


Clevercherry's recent multi-tenanted solution allows all 70 dealerships to be managed on the same platform so that dealership websites can be centrally managed and published using a standardised template.


Clevercherry's hands-on approach has ensured that Subaru's goals are met, as they utilised regular meetings and thorough analysis, monitoring behaviour against agreed specific objectives to find painpoins and offer the solutions to overcome them. As such, their partnership remains ongoing as Clevercherry constantly evaluate ways to take their digital transformation further.
