Ledbury business Pippin Consultancy Ltd, which provides copywriting services, celebrated its fifth anniversary on 1 June 2017. Founder and director Catherine Every said: “I’m delighted to have reached this milestone and I’m looking forward to the next five years!”

To mark the anniversary, Catherine has sponsored a Ribston Pippin apple tree at Dragon Orchard near Ledbury for the next five years. She said: “I’m very proud to live in Herefordshire, so much so that I named my business after the numerous Pippin apple varieties that grow in the county. Sponsoring a Ribston Pippin apple tree at Dragon Orchard is the perfect way to celebrate the anniversary.”

As a copywriter, Catherine helps businesses to grow by writing marketing materials, articles and other documents that enable them to get their message out there more effectively. She also runs copywriting workshops for marketing teams and sells copywriting e-courses to help individuals learn new skills.

Catherine says: “A typical client is the owner of a professional or technical business. They are great at what they do but struggle to get this across in their marketing materials, underselling themselves in the process. I get the same buzz from helping them to communicate what makes them different as I did when I started in 2012.”

Pippin Consultancy has grown each year since it was founded, something that not only demonstrates Catherine’s love of her work but also that Herefordshire is a great county to do business in.
