Manchester based Koncept id wins award for Canary Wharf hotel scheme

Koncept id, the Manchester based interior designers and project managers have been rewarded for their hotel interior design expertise at the prestigious Mixology North awards dinner.

Mixology North, the North’s most prestigious award ceremony for the interior design community took place at Manchester Central on Thursday 7th December. The event which was attended by 950 architects, designers, manufacturers and property professionals, celebrated the awards 10th anniversary. The acclaimed Mix Interiors awards were handed to the ground breakers and boundary pushers of the commercial interiors sector recognising the most influential people, projects and companies in the region.

The award for Hotel Interiors Project of the Year was won by Koncept id for their work on the Novotel in London’s Canary Wharf which opened in April 2017.

Simon Scott, director of Koncept id said ‘Many thanks to all our staff, clients and suppliers for playing their part in our continued drive for excellence and gaining this key recognition for our role on the Novotel in Canary Wharf. We are delighted that our skills have been recognised in this award, and also for being highly commended in the award for ‘best Design Practice’. This recognition of our expertise follows so soon after we won the same accolade at the Northern Design Awards in November. ‘

Koncept id has been established for 27 years (originally under the previous guise as LRW Interior Design) and has experienced continuous growth over this period, offering a comprehensive interior design service to the hotel, restaurant and other commercial sectors.
