The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente proves his business model with expansion into the Midlands, over 30 new jobs will be generated within the firm in Birmingham.
The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente has announced that his business, ImpraGas, gas boiler installation specialists, is continuing to expand with a new office, installers and servicing support in Birmingham. The installers will start work from June and Valente is planning to open his new Midlands office by September.
The company, founded by Valente in 2012 has grown from strength to strength and has tripled its turnover year on year since 2015. After securing Lord Sugar as his business partner in 2015, after winning The Apprentice, Valente expanded ImpraGas from its sole office in Peterborough to cover, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire Bedfordshire, oxford shire, north London. The Birmingham office will open up the Midlands enabling customers to take advantage of their ten-year warranty and service plan which is unrivalled in the industry.
Speaking about the expansion, Valente comments: "Setting up a new office in Birmingham is key to our expansion into the Midlands. We already cover most of the South East enabling our customers to receive exceptional customer support and products. Birmingham is part of our five-year expansion plan to ensure the whole of the UK will have access to an ImpraGas installer.
"The division will generate over 30 new jobs from apprentice level through to sales and managerial positions. I'm keen to offer local school and college students the chance to work with us through the apprenticeship scheme, much as they do across our other offices. This is a great opportunity for local students to gain not only a new skill but a lasting career with a firm that will support them through their development."
ImpraGas is currently in the process of training five new installers to start the early phase role out across Birmingham and will be accepting applications for apprentices from the end of June.
