Cairn scales new heights with multiple campaign launches at KBB 2024

Full-service brand communications agency, Cairn, showcased new work for several major brands exhibiting at this month's KBB 2024, the biennial event for the ‘kitchen-bedroom-bathroom' industry held at the NEC.


Cairn, with multiple clients in the home interest sector, were responsible for the stand designs for nobilia (Europe's largest kitchen manufacturer), Kutchenhaus (the international German kitchen retailer), Whirlpool-owned InSinkErator (the world's leading food waste disposer brand) and Blum (global leader in furniture fittings).


For nobilia, the stand saw the launch of its ‘Complete support, naturally' campaign. Aimed at independent kitchen studios, the campaign promotes the various added-value benefits of stocking nobilia kitchens.


A key consumer brand within the nobilia group is Kutchenhaus – a UK's fastest-growing franchise business with more than 70 kitchen showrooms nationwide – whose stand featured the Cairn-produced ‘Will your next venture be with Kutchenhaus?' campaign, encouraging independent kitchen designers and investors to join the network.


Meanwhile, InSinkErator launched its new campaign – ‘It's This Easy' (also developed by Cairn, with production by Dead Pixel Films) – to promote the new direction for the brand as it embarks on a consumer-led strategy aimed at educating kitchen buyers about the huge benefits of food waste disposers.


In the US, disposers are part of everyday life with over 50% of homes featuring the appliance. In the UK, InSinkErator® food waste disposers offer a complementary solution to managing food waste aligned with composting and, where this is not possible, separating and recycling food waste with a food caddy. The brand hopes in time to see its products become part of British life as it is in the US.


For Cairn, who were behind four of the KBB show's highest profile stands, it was the culmination of months of planning and a major milestone in the agency's continued growth.
