Communications consultancy Liquid has strengthened its team with two new appointments and two promotions after continued growth.

The agency, which has offices in Jersey, Guernsey and London, has hired senior account executive, Hollie Jones and account executive, Huma Whitehouse.

Prior to joining Liquid, Hollie worked on a number of high profile third sector and consumer clients, including Comic Relief and National Trust.

Huma joins Liquid from an education background at Newman University and has also worked for the BBC.

The Birmingham agency has also promoted Lois Wilson to senior account manager and Shaunni Howard to social media manager.

Liquid’s chief executive officer, Lis Lewis-Jones said:

“We have continued to experience significant growth in the past year and these appointments are testament to that.

“The team in the Channel Islands has also grown and supports a number of pan-island and international clients in the key disciplines of PR, social media, marketing and design.”

The creative agency recently ranked in PR Week’s national ‘Top 150 list of UK consultancies’ and is the 25th largest consultancy outside London.

Liquid has also been shortlisted for two PRCA DARE awards for ‘PR consultancy of the year’ in the Midlands and South West & Wales, which includes the Channel Islands. This follows their success at the end of last year when they were named ‘PR Consultancy of the Year’ by the CIPR in the south of England.
