As an already well-established global brand and industry leader, Arctic felt it was a great time to join forces with one of the country’s fastest growing garden centre groups, Blue Diamond. With 20 years’ experience supplying Canadian built hot tubs throughout Europe from our headquarters in Worcestershire, the time was right for this collaboration and we are excited with our new showroom at Melbicks Garden Centre, Coleshill, Birmingham. This has also given us the opportunity to employ 5 more staff to help keep up the standards we set for ourselves.

Through expanding into the thriving area of Coleshill, Birmingham, we are giving our customers more accessibility to our products with 16 hot tubs on display and highly trained staff to ensure our quality of service remains the same. From our store (Arctic Spas Birmingham) at Melbicks, customers can take full advantage of our product offering. They can view our full range of models, sample a test soak with the family, seek advice on their current hot tub (whether its service or water chemistry related) and keep up to date with all our latest offers and innovations
