Funding will accelerate Amba’s ambition to bring employee technology to the climate conscious workforce, via environmentally and socially focused employee perks and benefits.

Amba People Ltd, the ESG employee benefits consultancy, has raised significant funds to accelerate the development of the Lumina employee experience portal. This has been facilitated through the acquisition of the health and group risk business, Amba Care & Wellbeing Ltd, by Premier Choice Healthcare part of Global Risk Partners

Stephen Hough, MD at Premier Choice Healthcare said the deal was the third since the business was acquired by GRP in June 2020.

Funds will largely be invested in the development of Amba’s ESG marketplace proposition, ‘Lumina Perks’, which offers a sustainable and ethical range of products and services for employees to engage with.

Lumina Perks brings together vetted, like-minded brands in one place and enables any size of business to offer an environmentally friendly, socially conscious benefit to their employees.
