Plenty of tricks and treats are being planned for youngsters who visit Weston-super-Mare’s Grand Pier this Halloween.

The popular seafront attraction is hosting its first ever Kids Spookfest on the afternoon of Wednesday 31 October.

The self-led experience promises to be a great day out for all the family, whose younger members can get into the true spirit of Halloween in a safe and fun-filled environment.

The Halloween activities and rides will run between 12 noon and 4pm, followed by a Halloween Disco in Captain Jack’s Bar from 4pm.

Tickets cost £10 per person and include an All Day Unlimited Kiddies Rides Wristband, craft zone, pumpkin carving (adult supervision required), face painting, party games, the Halloween Disco and a Trick or Treat Trail.

The Kiddies Rides Wristband provides unlimited access to the Crazy Circus, House of Mirrors, Crystal Maze, Helter Skelter, Laser Maze and Adventure Cove Soft Play area.

Lorna Withington, Event Co-ordinator at the Grand Pier, said:

“Any parent haunted by fears of not knowing what to do with their ‘little nightmares’ during the half-term holidays now have the perfect answer!

“This is the first time we’ve organised a Kids Spookfest and it’s going to be terrorific fun for everybody’s little pumpkins!”
