‘Officially one of the top 10 places to eat pizza in the world!’- Big Seven

Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza is set to open it’s doors on 9-10 Bennitts Hill, Birmingham on July 15th. The 100 cover restaurant will be a walk in restaurant only, similar to its sister venues in Ancoats and Peter Street, Manchester.

“We are overwhelmed with the response we have had so far from the people of Birmingham”,

said Gavin Curtis, the General Manager at Rudy’s Birmingham.
“We are passionate about following Neapolitan traditions, which makes Rudy’s Pizza what it is today. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Rudy’s Birimingham”.

Rudy’s was founded in Ancoats urban village, Manchester in 2015.

The immediate success led to a second site opening in Manchester, on Peter Street, in 2017, and last year the chain expanded further when they opened venue number three in Liverpool.

Since it’s launch, Rudy’s Pizza has achieved worldwide acclaim. According to Tripadvisor Rudy’s is the Number 1 pizza within the UK and most recently was awarded the title of 10th best in the world, by Big 7.

“Many regard Rudy’s Pizza as the best pizza in England: talk to serious pizza connoisseurs and they’ll tell you it’s as good as anything you’ll ever taste.”

The Big 7.

Rudy’s pride themselves on creating a “relaxed neighbourhood” atmosphere, whilst still retaining the rustic aesthetic of a traditional neapolitan pizzeria.

For Rudy’s it’s all about the pizza, the dough is made on site daily by the pizzaolos using 00 Caputo flour, it takes 24 hours to double ferment and then just 60 seconds to cook, which makes Rudy’s pizzas soft and light. Only the best fresh Italian ingredients are used to make the Pizza’s. The bases are San Marzano tomatoes, which are grown next to Mount Vesuvuis, along with ingredients local to the Province of Naples.
