Audiences will be delighted as they embark on a swashbuckling good time this festive season.

X Factor’ finalist Lloyd Daniels will be taking the lead as Jim Hawkins, with ‘Hollyoaks’ favourite and ‘local lass’ Jazmine Franks playing the Magical Mermaid Corrie star Scott Wright will be shivering the timbers as the grizzly as Long John Silver.

Middleton Arena in collaboration with Shone Productions, are delighted to be welcoming back audiences to enjoy a magical trip to pantoland this Christmas!

Jim Hawkins sets sail on his quest alongside Captain Smollet, played by Matt Siveter and Silly Billy Bones, played by comedy star, Ben Coles.

Many pantos were called off in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, so Middleton Arena, operated by cultural charity, Your Trust, are determined to bring as much festive fun as possible to the local community this year.

Jonathan Higgins, Head of Events and Programming,

“The countdown is on for this year's eagerly anticipated panto. We’re really excited to be back on stage, and the cast and production teams have been hard at work bringing Treasure Island to life.

“Audiences can expect plenty of panto gags, a stunning set, and loads of special effects – including a magical 3D scene.

“We can’t wait to bring our audiences on a fun-filled trip to panto-land this December.”

Treasure Island will run from Tuesday 30 November until Tuesday 28 December with matinee and evening performances, as well as early morning slots during the week for younger children and school groups.

Ticket prices start from £12.50.
