Niall Keating, Executive Chef of Whatley Manor, near Malmesbury, Wiltshire, has announced a quartet of top British chefs from around the UK to join him at Paradise Carriage, the hotel’s casual and fun ‘food truck’ operation, for a series of one-day pop-ups, during late April and May 2021.

Paradise Carriage launched at Whatley Manor, operating from its car park, in summer 2020, while the hotel was closed, and gave Niall Keating and his team an enjoyable opportunity to engage with their loyal local clientele.

The pop-up guest chef schedule is as follows:

Paul Ainsworth - 24 April

Paul Ainsworth at No 6; Caffe Rojano; Mahé; Padstow Townhouse; The Mariners;
Paul Ainsworth Academy – Cornwall

Brad Carter - 1 May

Carters of Moseley – Birmingham

Tom Sellers - 8 May

Restaurant Story – Bermondsey, London

Lisa Goodwin-Allen - 15 May

Northcote Manor – Lancashire

Each chef, collaborating with Niall Keating, will offer a signature main course - such as Pork Gyros from Paul Ainsworth, and a Birmingham Paella with Red Prawns from Brad Carter - along with a side dish, dessert and local beer (or soft drink) for £25pp.

Leading up to the guest chef series, Paradise Carriage will be open on Friday 16 April and Saturday 17 April, then closed on 23 April. Food orders can be placed in advance for collection, but drive-by guests will also be welcomed on the day (opening hours 4.30pm-8.30pm each Saturday).

Whatley Manor - Easton Grey, Malmesbury, Wiltshire SN16 0RB.
