Tourism businesses from Leicester and Leicestershire are invited to attend this year’s Leicestershire Tourism Forum at Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa in Hinckley from 9.30am-3.15pm on Thursday 23 February 2017.

The Forum, hosted by Leicester Shire Promotions, will include practical workshops on marketing to groups, festivals and events development, and joint marketing and promotions opportunities. There will also be an update on the state of tourism in Leicester and Leicestershire, as well as an attempt to deliver an ‘idiot’s guide’ to European funding!

Places at the Tourism Forum can be booked online at www.goleicestershire.com/tourismforum2017

Martin Peters, Chief Executive of Leicester Shire Promotions said: “This year’s Tourism Forum will focus on working collectively with partners to help their businesses grow. The forum is a great opportunity for tourism businesses, large and small, to find out more about partnership opportunities and will provide practical advice on how to deliver more, and increase visitor numbers.”
