Cotswold Private Hire Catering Gets A Michelin Makeover


Phil Howard, of Elystan Street restaurant, Chelsea and Mark Kempson, of Kitchen W8, Kensington have joined the new Cotswold based catering company – Cygnet Catering.

The duo, both boasting Michelin stars and various accolades, Mark, whom was recently awarded Best Game Chef, by Eat Game UK, are available for hire themselves or can assist with your menu choices for the dedicated team at Cygnet Catering, for either corporate occasions, private party or family events.

Mark Kempson said of the opportunity:

Cygnet is the brain child of Steve Cook, landlord of The Swan Inn in Swinbrook, Oxfordshire, which has been awarded Dining Pub of the Year by The Good Pub Guide for two years in a row and holds two prestigious AA Rosettes. He has also recently acquired the lease for The Golden Cross Inn, in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

Steve has worked with chef Philip Howard before, and has hosted dining evenings at The Swan, the famous Oxfordshire, countryside pub.
