Civic Mayor welcomes Haulfryn’s new Devon Hills holiday park expansion

Major investment in new holiday homes to meet huge staycation demand.

Bringing a welcome boost to the region’s economy, The Haulfryn Group has officially unveiled Phase 2 of its Devon Hills development with help from Civic Mayor of Torbay Council, Terry Manning.

Representing a significant investment in the region’s tourist economy, the latest addition to the popular Devon Hills holiday park comprises 10 new holiday homes, a mix of single and twin lodges, with prices starting from £140,000.

The wooden lodges come complete with luxury kitchens and bathrooms, hot tubs and decking areas, with many enjoying stunning views across the unrivalled Devonshire countryside.

Haulfryn’s South West Cluster General Manager, Kevin Jones , said,

Devon Hills is open all year round and features an on-site swimming pool, sauna steam room, studio classes, archery, nature trails and more. The Park is located on the doorstep of the Dartmoor National Park and within five minutes’ drive of the English Riviera, with easy access to historic seaside towns like Paignton, Torquay and Brixham.
