Holy Moly Macaroni, a new restaurant opening in Birmingham Grand Central in mid-June is looking for team members to help further its mission to bring proper mac to the Midlands.

If you fancy yourself a connoisseur of mac ‘n’ cheese and love a bit of banter then this could be the role for you. Holy Moly Macaroni is looking for 16 full time and part time waiting staff and 8 full-time chefs who have a passion for good quality food.

There will be a recruitment day on the 17th May at The Jury's Inn Broad Street that will involve group exercises to give a taste of the restaurant and further information for anybody interested in the positions available.

Birmingham based entrepreneur, Anthony Duffy, is set to open his debut Harlem inspired restaurant, which will sell more than its famous four cheese macaroni, with other dishes such as double dipped fried chicken in a ginger beer batter and baby back eight-hour smoked ribs on offer to tantalise the taste buds.

Anthony comments:

“Holy Moly Macaroni combines a mixture of my favourite things: Birmingham, high-quality food and an authentic place to work.

“Since beginning Holy Moly through my Mac Shack in 2012, I have been committed to providing enjoyment through delicious food so I need my team to have that appreciation for the eating experience too.

“I’m extremely proud of my Birmingham roots and I hope this restaurant can help give something back to the community through local jobs for local people.

“We’re looking forward to meeting people at our recruitment day who have a good attitude and friendly personality to help bring back proper mac to the Midlands.”
