200 Degrees Birmingham introduces its meeting space

Specialty coffee roaster 200 Degrees, which has a distinctive coffee shop on Colmore Row, has unveiled a meeting room above the shop which can now be booked for private hire.

The room, which can accommodate up to 14 people seated and 25 standing, is simple yet stylish with a comfortable mid-century décor and being in the heart of Birmingham, is the ideal space for those looking to hold a meeting or event somewhere a little bit different.

The stimulating space doubles up as a Barista School and is a refreshing change from corporate meetings rooms. Rates start from £40 and breakfast, lunch and cakes and pastries can be provided as part of the booking.

For those who want to learn a useful new skill or simply try something different, 200 Degrees offer packages on the meeting space that can include a Barista experience which entails a short class and workshop - an engaging team-building activity for groups.

The room comes with free and unlimited filter coffee, tea and chilled water as well as WIFI, AV equipment, flip chart and room controlled air con.

For bookings in January or February 2018, guests will receive complimentary hot drinks and pastries.

One of Birmingham’s most popular coffee shops, 200 Degrees serves a selection of coffee, tea and food to eat in or take away. Breakfast is served from 7.30am and the shop is open until 8pm on weekdays, well after many others in the city have closed.
